2019 Tack Swap Booth Reservation Form

This event is held in an indoor, climate-controlled arena. The floor is dirt (and thus variable). Please wear appropriate footwear. Any booth spaces still available on the morning of the event will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Doors open at 8:00am. All vendors must be set up by 9:30am.

Each booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own display infrastructure, tables, chairs, and any other desired decor. Price is $30 for one space, and $20 for each additional space (returning vendors from last year’s event receive a discount: $25 for one space and $15 for each additional space). Vendors keep their profits from sales. There are no refunds for no-shows.
